Chef Hiro returns to Feeling Koi

Hiro Nakamura was born in Kushiro, Hokkaido as a son of famous Sushi chef in Hokkaido. He opened his own Japanese restaurant called Brasserie Naka Naka in Kushiro, Hokkaido in 2009.
Chef Hiroaki Nakamura visits Amilla Fushi once again this Festive Season, to bring his expertise in creating exquisite Japanese cuisine for our guests with culinary surprises and exciting new food concepts.
During his visit, Chef will be serving sensational Omakase tasting menus at the resort’s award-winning signature overwater restaurant - Feeling Koi.
