Hiro Nakamura was born in Kushiro, Hokkaido as a son of famous Sushi chef in Hokkaido. He opened his own Japanese restaurant called Brasserie Naka Naka in Kushiro, Hokkaido in 2009.

Chef Hiroaki Nakamura visits Amilla Fushi once again this Easter Season, to bring his expertise in creating exquisite Japanese cuisine for our guests with culinary surprises and exciting new food concepts.

During his visit, Chef will be serving sensational Omakase tasting menus at the resort’s award-winning signature overwater restaurant - Feeling Koi.

TIM CAHILL AND AMILLA 417 ONCE AGAIN COME TOGETHER THIS EASTER!

Tim Cahill, International Footballer, the all-time leading goalscorer and the first one to score at a FIFA World Cup for Australia, return this Easter to offer a four-day training camp for inspiring young footballers.

The ‘Amilla Four Seventeen’ football team invites kids aged from 5-8 years and teens from 9-16 years old to train through elite coaching on the island’s very own full-sized pitch.

THE GYPSY QUEENS

The Gypsy Queens is a French pop band, originating from Nice and signed to London Records (Universal Music Group). The five-piece band consists of Didier Casnati (founder, guitarist and lead singer), Alberto Laurella (contrabass and vocals), Miguel Bosch (guitar and vocals), Joseph Hablin Boone (drums and vocals) and Sam Houghton (saxophone and vocals). The original band started as buskers, in Nice; where they quickly became very popular in the private party circuits, and would develop into an original concept, that has attracted the likes of many superstar celebrities, heads of states, and royals.

Set to perform in Amilla Fushi this Easter, the French Band returns for more entertainment.

Over the past 12 years Dmitri has build a reputation as one of the leading practitioners working in his field. His career begun in a UCLH hospital fitness centre while studying for a Human Genetics degree at UCL. Upon completion of his studies he continued to develop his expertise in the area of fitness and health, later returning to the University of London to complete an MSc in Public Health Nutrition.
